Luckily, after the recent spate of rainy weather, the morning dawned dry but cool and overcast for the first of the year's club events. Slight gusts and significant headwind from the turn hampered the riders. However, the biggest obstacles were temporary traffic lights on red in both directions creating long tails of traffic for the riders to negotiate. Consequently, times were significantly affected. The full result is below:
